Cancellation Policy
Influx requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason. In the event that you are in the 48 hour window of your reservation, influx will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your service price. This sets our stylist up for success and enables them to fill the appointment slot with another guest inquiring. Emergency situations will be considered but are left to the discretion of influx salon management.
